I had a weekend of overindulgence that still has me extremely bloated & uncomfortable. Urgh! I think I will prepare another jug of my Sassy Watter which I first made about 2 weeks ago.
I had learnt about the wonders of Sassy Water – a homemade flavoured water recipe – for a while now and I loved it from the moment I first made and drank it!
Here are some of the benefits of Sassy Water:

This jug of ‘miracles’ is so easy to make!
In a jug of clean water, add a small lemon (sliced), fresh mint leaves (about 6-8), 1 tspn fresh grated ginger, & half a small cucumber (sliced).
Now, if you really want to rev up metabolism and increase weight loss, add 1/4 tspn cayenne pepper to the mix. Next, leave the jug in the fridge for the flavours to develop for a couple of hours or overnight. Drink a glass of this mix every hour. Bonus? It tastes pretty good too!
