This is one of the frequently asked questions I get in my inbox.
Which Grow It! hair growth products is the most effective or is best for my hair type?
The best Grow It hair product for you will depend on your hair growth needs.
For Thinning Hair – I recommend the Grow It serum, preferably with the Grow It juice or Grow It Cleanser for best results. This is also recommended for new mothers experiencing post-partum shedding or those experiencing thinning hair for any other reason.
For slow hair growth, patches, and/or hair loss around your hair line – get the Grow It hair cream. Use with the Grow It Cleanser for best results. Ideal for those with alopecia, sparse edges, premature balding and so on.
For shedding and/or breakage of the hair – go for the Grow It juice, preferably with the Grow It cream or serum for best results. Ideal for those with weakened hair strands, post partum shedding, those transitioning from perms to natural hair, those who chemically process or colour their hair.
If you experience shedding/breakage after washing your hair, or you want to increase your hair thickness and volume or you want a chemical-free, soap-free shampoo alternative for your hair (particularly if it is kinky or curly hair, which is prone to breakage) – get the Grow It Cleanser with either the Grow It serum or Grow It cream.
If you experience all of the above (shedding, thinning hair, slow hair growth or hair loss or bald patches, breakage) – then get the Grow It Gals bundle if you are female or the Grow it Guys, if you are male. For males with hair shoulder length or longer, also get the Grow It Juice
Hope this helps. Send me any questions by leaving a comment below or emailing me at contact@tlcnaturalsonline.com
Hello !!
I was so eager for this post since I’ve recently discovered the existence of TLC Naturals and its Grow it line and coveted a few of those since then… But I had no idea which one to buy !!! Now, my hair is very thin and falls and breaks very easily, also, for almost five years now, it’s shed at the temples and been replaced with even finer baby hair. I’m not in a desperate situation since I don’t have bald spots or severe alopecia but I still feel desperate because it seems I have lost a good half of my entire hair mass… 😦
I have to specify I am not a mom…
Now, which product(s) would you recommand I get among the Grow It line to (maybe, finally…) put a stop to this situation ? And how do I apply it ?
Finally, I really wanted to thank you for creating these products. I don’t know if they will work their wonders on me, but I’d grown really tired of all those SLS, alcohol and silicones-ridden, so-called “miracle” products that are sold everywhere…
It’s vegan, natural, organic… Could it be anymore perfect ???
Many post-Christmas regards ! ❤
Hi Gabs! Merry Christmas & a happy new year to you. Hope you had a relaxing & enjoyable festive period. I can think of a few items from the Grow It range that would be perfect for you. Could you, however, be a bit more specific about your hair type: is your hair black or mixed race curly/permed; caucasian wavy or straight
Hello Paige-Ellean ! Thank you very much for your very quick answer !
My hair is of a caucasian chestnut brown straight type. It’s always been rather fine and slow to grow but lately (for 5-4 years now… Since the shedding started due to stress- I think) I feel I just can’t get it to grow any longer than a mid-neck length bob, since it’s falling faster than it grows. I made the mistake of asking for ombré-like lighter streaks at the salon two years ago and the hair-dresser just bleached the hell out of lot of my hair and painted the color back on (NOT what I asked for…). Since then, it’s been even worse because my ends have become so fragile and “crispy”… I use argan oil on it but I don’t really feel like it’s helping…
Hi Gabs!
For your hair type, i suggest you get the Grow It Hair Cleanset which you would use to wash your hair. Also,, get the grow It hair juice and the grow it serum. The serum will be applied to damp hair and can also be applied to the hair & scalp as an overnight treatment that you wash out the next day.
The hair juice should be used every 2 days, applied to the scalp and hair.
Hope this info helps 🙂
Hi Paige,
I am a 52 year old caucasian male who is both greying and thinning on top mainly in my crown area, although also receding somewhat
I have tried so many products without success including ayurveda but I couldn’t help by getting a bit excited at some of your products, especially the ”guys combo offer”.
Apart from obviously being the seller, do you honestly think it could work for me?
Kind regards
Nick
Hi Nick!
the TLC Naturals Grow It Guys for men is ideal for reversing thinning hair and a receding hair line. The Grow It Guys combo pack includes the caffeine stimulating shampoo/cleanser, which stimulates hair growth and also increases the thickness of the hair. It contains amino acids, iron, DHT blockers and other micro nutrients, all extracted naturally from organic plants, with no fillers or artificial additives added for maximum effectiveness.
The combo pack also includes the Grow It Intense hair growth serum – which contains organic plant ingredients to stimulate redundant hair follicles (a cause of thinning hair), strengthen hair strands & prevent further hair loss, encourage quicker hair growth.
The effectiveness of the TLC Naturals Grow It products is confirmed by the feedback and testimonials we receive from actual customers & users. On average, people see visible results in about 2 weeks but over 85% of users have seen results in less that time.
hope this helps. Do email me at contact@tlcnaturalsonline.com if you require any further assistance.

TLC NATURALS
Hello Page,
I am so glad I came across this site because I am suffering from traction alopecia all over my edges for years and I not seems to find the adequate solution to restore my hair to its former glory.
Just to explain the problem I would like to let you know that I am an African woman of 34 and that the cause of the traction alopecia is due to excess of relaxer and weaving over the past 4-5 years. I have stopped using those methods of hair styling and decided to go back to my natural hair texture last year. I have noticed that the hair coming out are stronger that they were previously and I even believe that some hair follicules have finally awaken. However, I am far from being able to walk on the street without a week as my hairline is SO sparse!
I would like for you to help me find the most appropriate regiment from your product line. I know that I would probably not recover 100% of my hair but I am very optimistic!!!
Thank you very much for your time.
Kind regards,
Benedicte
Hiya Paige,
I did forget to tell you that I am also suffering from dry/ itchy / flaky scalp as well and therefore my hair is very dry and nothing seems to be able to moisturise deeply and long enough!
I can’t wait to get your suggestions and start the regiment as soon as possible.
Thanks you very much.
Kind regards,
Benedicte

Hello Paige,
My name is Tom and I am a 28 years old. I have noticed a that I have been losing hair quite rapidly on the top to the back. My scalp has been feeling hot and slightly sore to touch in the areas of hair loss and I have had some dandruff. I have seen the Grow It! Intense Hair Serum (mini size). Would this be a good choice for my situation or could you recommend anything else? Many thanks
Tom
Hi Paige!

Hi my name is Stephanie. I am a 28 year old caucasian female with wavy hair. I recently got an ombree, and bleached the bottom of my hair. My hair is breaking off. I was thinking of buying the grow it gals bundle. Is this a good choice for my hair? Also is the hair cleaner color safe? Thanks for your help! Stephanie
Hello I was trying to send an email but for some reason I guess it didn’t go through. Well glad I found this blog page, anyway I was asking about what all to use for my 2 year old age has eczema bad bad her scalp is always dry no matter and flaky. And now the eczema in her scalp has taken her hair out in the back and some on the sides and the breakage is really bad!!! I already a few products in my cart but not sure if they are correct due to her needs?
Hi. Sorry about the delay. Emailing us normally gets quicker responses. For your toddler, I recommend just one product – the TLC Naturals Scalp Therapy Balm.
Do let me know if I can help you further.
Ok cause I order that and the shampoo cleanser as well as the growth cream! Do you think that will be ok for her scalp!
Just order only the Scalp Therapy balm. You can also order the Scalp Therapy shampoo/cleanser. You do not need the Grow It cream – it will be too strong for her scalp. Plus, the Scalp Therapy balm will both heal her scalp and regrow her hair.
Ok!! I bought the other shampoo so don’t use that on her hair either?
I just completed chemotherapy. What product is the best to encourage my follicles and nourish my scalp while my hair returns?
Definitely go for TLC Naturals Grow It cream and the grow it gel
Hi ! I had ask this question before. My scalp feel itchy and my hair lines is so thin. They go back so far….will not wear my hair. I wear a wig all the time. I have to be careful in what I use. Are all your products natural? Also my daughter is transforming from a perm to natural hair. She’s shedding alot of it and don’t want to cut it off. Which products should she use? Don’t want her to lose all her hair and get things at that. Let me here from you soon….so I can place an order. Thanks!
For your scalp, you should use TLC Naturals Scalp Therapy balm to soothe itching and regrow your hair. I’d also recommend you add the Scalp Therapy Serum too
For your daughter, she should use the TLC Naturals Grow It juice with the Grow It Intense Serum
